By accessing or using the Cleveland Theater Alliance platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Cleveland Theater Alliance provides a centralized platform connecting theater artists, organizations, and opportunities in Northeast Ohio. The Platform allows users to browse auditions, arts jobs, and community posts. Theater organizations may post listings subject to review and applicable membership terms.
To post listings or participate in community features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
Artists and members of the public may browse all approved listings and community content free of charge. No payment is required to view auditions, arts jobs, or community posts on the Platform.
Theater organizations and arts organizations may register and post one free listing. Additional listings require a Pro Membership at $79 per year. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pro Membership renews annually unless cancelled.
Cleveland Theater Alliance reserves the right to modify membership pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing members.
All content submitted to the Platform is subject to review before publication. You agree not to submit content that is:
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Cleveland Theater Alliance a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the Platform and its mission.
Cleveland Theater Alliance reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any content submitted to the Platform at its sole discretion. We are not liable for any content posted by users.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cleveland Theater Alliance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or content posted by users. We do not verify the legitimacy of any audition, job posting, or organization listed on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleveland Theater Alliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages related to any audition, employment opportunity, or transaction facilitated through the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We envision a fully connected Cleveland theater ecosystem — one where auditions, opportunities, and collaborations are consistently shared, easily accessible, and visible to every artist and organization in the community. A platform where the majority of Cleveland theaters actively contribute, creating a living, continuously updated ecosystem of work and collaboration that reflects the depth and vitality of our city's theater scene.
I grew up in Cleveland with deep roots in the theater community here. I started as a working actor — auditioning, performing, learning what it means to be part of this city's creative fabric. I went on to study theater at Temple University, and after graduating I moved to Chicago to pursue a career as a professional actor.
In Chicago, I worked across both performance and theater administration and marketing. I gained experience inside arts organizations — understanding how they operate, how they reach artists, and how they sustain themselves over time. Working in a larger, more established theater ecosystem gave me a new perspective on what infrastructure can look like when it's built intentionally.
When I turned my focus back to Cleveland, something became clear: despite having a remarkable theater community, we lacked a centralized place where theaters, artists, and opportunities could connect. Auditions were scattered. Jobs were hard to find. There was no single place that reflected the full scope of what Cleveland theater had to offer.
The Cleveland Theater Alliance is my answer to that gap. It's built from a working actor's perspective — someone who knows what it's like to search for opportunities and come up empty. My goal is simple: to make sure no Cleveland artist ever has to wonder where to look.

Our long-term goal is broad, sustained participation across the Cleveland theater community — a platform where the majority of theaters consistently share their auditions, jobs, and announcements, and where artists know they can find current, reliable opportunities every time they visit. We're building toward a living ecosystem, not a static directory. One that grows stronger the more our community participates in it.
Cleveland Theater Alliance is a community-funded nonprofit initiative. Every contribution helps us maintain the platform, expand our reach, and keep access free for every artist in Northeast Ohio.
