1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cleveland Theater Alliance platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Cleveland Theater Alliance provides a centralized platform connecting theater artists, organizations, and opportunities in Northeast Ohio. The Platform allows users to browse auditions, arts jobs, and community posts. Theater organizations may post listings subject to review and applicable membership terms.

Users who create accounts may opt in to receive periodic email communications about new listings and platform updates. These communications are optional and users may unsubscribe at any time.

3. User Accounts

To post listings or participate in community features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.

4. Artist Access

Artists and members of the public may browse all approved listings and community content free of charge. No payment is required to view auditions, arts jobs, or community posts on the Platform.

5. Organization Membership

Theater organizations and arts organizations may register and post one free listing. Additional listings require a Pro Membership at $79 per year. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pro Membership renews annually unless cancelled.

Cleveland Theater Alliance reserves the right to modify membership pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing members.

6. Content Standards

All content submitted to the Platform is subject to review before publication. You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
• Obscene or sexually explicit
• In violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Spam or unsolicited commercial content

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Cleveland Theater Alliance a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the Platform and its mission.

8. Platform Moderation

Cleveland Theater Alliance reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any content submitted to the Platform at its sole discretion. We are not liable for any content posted by users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Cleveland Theater Alliance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or content posted by users. We do not verify the legitimacy of any audition, job posting, or organization listed on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleveland Theater Alliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages related to any audition, employment opportunity, or transaction facilitated through the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
